I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years in a variety of roles - trainer, coach, mentor, and lifelong student.
You can check out my education, certifications, and experience below.
I’ve always had an interesting duality in my life. On one hand, I’m a lifelong athlete - competitive, driven, and passionate about performance. On the other, I’m a geek at heart. I grew up gaming, reading Harry Potter, started playing Dungeons and Dragons as an adult, and I think Lord of the Rings is the greatest film trilogy in history.
That mix of discipline and imagination shapes how I coach. Fitness should feel empowering and flexible - not rigid and miserable.
But this isn’t about me. It’s about you.
Life is hard. Balancing work, family, and health as we get older isn’t easy. We all want to feel comfortable in our own skin - but the fitness industry hasn’t always made that easy. It’s been filled with judgment, unrealistic expectations, and one-size-fits-all advice. You deserve to get healthier without feeling pressured to look like a fitness model or superhero. Because “healthier” looks different for everyone.
If any of this sounds like you…
You’re ready for an honest conversation about what it takes to feel and perform your best — without the extremes. If you’re:
Ready, able, and willing to make a change
Ready to improve your health and quality of life so you can be there for your loved ones
Ready to feel confident and grateful for your body
Then click below to apply for coaching, and let’s get started today. You deserve a plan that works - not just now, but for the rest of your life. I’m looking forward to chatting with you.
